Six founders. Five minutes each.
A 45-minute pitch competition for young founders that closes the programming day, right before the reception. Six early founders each get five minutes to pitch a company they are actually building — and each closes with one direct ask to the room.
Most conferences seat young founders in the audience. HTECH puts them on the stage. The pitches land in front of exactly the right room — the investors from the panel, the operators from the keynotes, faculty, and peers — and the reception that follows is the conversion moment.
The six are selected from an open call, so the bar on stage is real. Over time, a new cohort pitches every year — the most ownable, recurring signature HTECH can build.
